Stayed for 7 nights from 15th june with 2 kids 2 & 4yrs. From the communication 72hrs prior to arrival to airport return drop off, entire stay was just effortless. Family room = perfect. Kids pool and all the other pools = perfect. Kids club = perfect. Casual dining to restaurants = perfect. Departure lounge with amenities made late flight out hassle free. 2yr old had to see the doctor 3 times and all were prompt and caring. Hotel even sent a get well card with a fresh fruit platter which was very nice of them. Staff were very polite and respectful. They engaged with our kids which was fun. There is much more but all in all a great and wonderful stay and will be back again definatly. Ps kids loved the towel art Hendra (room boy) left for our kids.

i stayed in the deluxe chalet, super is the word. Padma has a great location, excellent staff, great ambiance, and great food. the market outside is great for a quick beer and a meal. cant wait to get back..

This was our second visit to the Padma after enjoying it thoroughly back in November 2015. This visit we opted for a Lagoon Access room (rather than a Lagoon view), which we really loved. We were cautious about the room with our toddler in tow but soon discovered the door has a double lock, so even if she managed to unlock it once, we heard it before she got it the second time! The room itself was fins, fairly standard in terms of quality for Bali. Aircon was VERY musty and for our whole stay had a consistent 'smell' about it. Having access to the pool was amazing, we could get up in the morning and jump right in and didnt need to worry about walking to and from the room wet in bathers! The staff as always were great, only times we had a bad experience were at breakfast and that was only due to no one available to offer / make coffee in the area we were sitting and then one of the ladies didn't want to seat us near the duck pond... anyone traveling with a 2yo would know that toddlers will ALWAYS want to be near the duck pond! :) Overall we had an ok visit, but I don't think we will be back again.

From the moment you arrive until you leave, the Padma Resort won't disappoint you. I spent a week there in April on a business trip and would definitely recommend this resort. The staff is well trained and very guest oriented. I can’t recall walking past any staff member without them telling me hello or asking if I needed anything. When I called for extra water bottles or laundry service, they came promptly and were very attentive. Coming from Hawaii, I recognize locations highly dependent on tourism and how well they are trained for the service industry. However, you can also see the genuineness of the staff at this resort in wanting your stay to be pleasurable. I had the Deluxe room with a king-size bed. The room is spacious and comes with an outdoor balcony. Some of the special features of the room that I particularly liked was the separate shower and bathtub. The bathtub was deep and long allowing for a good relaxing soak. You could also slide open the wall between the bed and bathroom to enjoy your space from either the bathtub or bed. The water pressure for the shower was strong which I like and you could control the lights centrally from the bed which is always a plus. I had no issues with the facilities (air conditioning, doors, locks to balcony, drawers, etc) in the room telling me they maintenance the property well. My only complaint was a rogue rooster that began crowing at 4AM. However, I think most people don’t even hear it. The resort houses several pools including a separate kids pool. Normally I resist relaxing in the pool when I’m on business trips. However, the hot Bali weather and the pool bars that allow you to swim up and order drinks without even leaving the water was too much for me to resist. On one particular hot evening, we simply hung out at the S.K.A.I. bar pool and enjoyed drinks and music while staying cool in the pool. The S.K.A.I. bar has a second happy hour from 9:00PM – 11:00PM that you can enjoy along with their fabulous brick oven pizza that I highly recommend. The only other restaurant I tried at the resort was Donbiu. The breakfast buffet (which was included with the room charge) was a wonderful spread of American, Indonesia, Japanese, and other Asian foods. Finding a different choice of foods over 5 days was not a problem. Depending on the time of the morning, ordering specialty coffee drinks can get backed up resulting in some wait time, but then again, most people staying there were not in a rush to get anywhere. The business meeting room facilities can accommodate fairly large groups. Our group was only 25, but the facility could handle much more. The supplies and audiovisual equipment had no technical issues. There were times that the room got a little warm but the staff quickly took care of that. Location is ideal for those wanting to stay in the Legian area. You are adjacent to the beach and past where the beach road is gated meaning to don’t have to cross traffic to get to the beach. With this access you can walk along the beach for miles if you want. There also many shops and restaurants in this area. Easy to travel by foot, taxi, or moped. Finally, a few tips for this resort. They have a laundry service called “the bag” and for a set low price will wash anything that fits into the “bag”. The bag is not big but I could stuff four days worth of clothes in it and they didn’t mind that it was overflowing a bit. Shirts and slacks were returned ironed on hangers and even socks were ironed. A great deal if you want to pack less clothes. I did get a couple of massages at the Spa. They were having a 40% off at the time. Their massage therapist are well trained and was able to provide a strong deep tissue that I like. It was definitely worth the money. The workout gym is spacious and has all the equipment you would expect. Lastly, I would recommend booking the hotel car to and from the airport. The pricing is reasonable and you avoid having to haggle with the airport taxi vendors when you first arrive over a fair price or going by meter. You can meet your driver without leaving the airport terminal and avoid having to be approached by the taxi vendors.

We stayed at Padma Resort Legian for 4 nights 17-21 June. It is a great, big and lovely resort. Staff were really friendly. Great pools and good location. Will certainly recommend this resort for families with kids. 5 stars to Padma Resort and their great hospitality!

Our second visit to Padma and loved it again. Extremely pleasant staff and surrounds. The new infinity pool is a ripper! Whilst not as spectacular as some resorts may be, this place is a truly lovely, enjoyable experience for couples and families. It was delightful to watch young families interacting so happily together within the hotel surrounds.

We stayed there from 12th June to the 16th and enjoyed everything at the Padma the Lagoon pool room was awesome and great massage in the Spa . The breakfast was incredible and the staff just do everything for you. We will be back soon.

All the qualities a 5 star resort requires, it has got, no doubt....One of the great resorts in Bali....A visit is a must for making blissfull memories....Huge property....Great space for family and couple stay.....Pools are clean and well maintained..... Pool authority didn't force me to wear swimsuit (As a muslim woman I don't wear bikinis)....... I liked everything about Padma ❤️❤️

you cant go wrong staying at the Padma. Never had a bad experience at this hotel. Customer service is 2nd to none. Every staff member always made a point of saying hello. Nothing is ever a problem. For example, at the Skai beach club, I really had need for a club sandwich, which wasn't on the menu at Skai. The staff member said "no problem I will make it for you". That's customer service. Don't hesitate to book....

This was our fourth stay at the Padma Hotel in Legian and once again found it a wonderful trip for our young family. The hotel is well located on the beach and in the heart of some great restraunts and bars. The selection of 5 differnt pool settings now gives variety within the complex and most importantly the baby sitters/kids club facilities are unbeatable. We have now stayed in a different variety of room for the fourth time and all have been excellent. We would recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bali in the future.
