Beautiful spacious house right next to beach access. Kitchen fully equipped and games provided for rainy day fun. Loved all the porches! Would highly recommend!

Location great. House fine. Fridge leaked freezer side. Some areas could have been cleaner- couch cushions, under couch/beds, showers had some moldy spots. 4 seater golf cart wobbly. A second fridge would be nice as hard to store drinks with food for house this size. Very timely response to questions and concerns. Several visits to manage hot tub- much appreciated.

Family Vacation

Sweet Caroline is in a great location - easy access to the beach, short rides to the market and the BHI Club, as well as to the marina area and Old Baldy.The kids pool at BHI Club was a big hit with our grandson as was the morning walks on the beach. The house accommodations were perfect for our family and having access to both golf carts worked out perfectly for us.It was a great week long vacation.

Wonderful. Winderful. Small irritants - toilets running & not so easy to drive bigger golf cart and a narrow front entrance which doesn't accommodate the entrance/exit of 2 golf carts.

Fantastic- Amazing Customer Service

We have stayed at many VRBOs, but this stay was the best. Tyler was an outstanding host and treated us with first class service. This VRBO was great and exactly as described. We would definitely visit this VRBO again!

Perfect Week at Bald Head

House is directly across the street from beach access and surrounded by trees for privacy. We loved the layout and the kitchen was well stocked with many appliances. Lots of room to be together and also to be by yourself. Great location and management team was exceptional in helping us with anything that came up.

Wonderful!

A superior experience on every level! Sweet Caroline had everything we needed for our three small grandchildren (the child gate was a welcome surprise!); they even had a large dog crate (we had brought our own, never expecting that thoughtful addition!) The kitchen was well appointed with top quality pans, appliances, etc and plenty of everything needed for cooking in. When we had a password issue on one of the tv’s, Tyler was easy to reach and promptly came out to assess and correct the problem. Before the trip, all necessary info for ferry, tram and stay was sent to us in plenty of time to assimilate and ask any questions in a timely manner. Can’t say enough about the positives! Thank you so much to the owners of Sweet Caroline for allowing us to stay in their lovely home: we will be back again next year with our family for sure!

Location of property was perfect! Family room was spacious and open to kitchen and screen porch. Nice size bedrooms and the decor was great too! Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need! Highly recommend!

Bright, cheerful and well stocked

Everything was as expected and as described on the site. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes and easy with children. The owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. The house is well equipped with kitchen items, beach items, bikes and lots of needed baby supplies. The living space is bright and comfortable. Sweet Caroline is at the top of our list for favorite houses we have rented on the island. Would rent again.

Well stocked and well organized. Easy to find everything. Games and toys for kids and really nice layout of the house. Hot tub set up on the screened in porch is super nice. Plenty of beach items we didn’t have to bring anything extra. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful House

We had a wonderful time staying at Sweet Caroline. The property manager was outstanding to work with. The house has a well stocked kitchen. The rest of the house had all of the amenities a large family would need, lots of sand toys and the golf carts were reliable. The hot tub was terrific~specially on the rainy day we had. We will definitely be back!

Cleanest beach house ever!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay on Bald Head Island! We absolutely fell in love with that little slice of heaven! Kim was a wonderful host, and this was truly the cleanest beach house we have ever stayed in! Minutes to the beach, easy golf cart ride to anything on the island. Adored visiting the Turtle Conservancy (become members) and the late night Turtle Walk was the experience of a lifetime - and my teen boys said it would have been worth it for the late night walk on the beach and star gazing even if we didn’t see a mama turtle!

Great stay for a large group!

We loved our stay at Sweet Caroline! Kim was so helpful and thoughtful leading up to and throughout our stay! The house is beautiful, updated, clean and great for a group! The kids loved the bunk room. Three 4-seater golf carts was super convenient. Lots of toys and chairs in the garage. The very nearby beach access is one of our favorites on BHI! We loved all the porches, especially the screened in porch for watching the sunsets in the evenings. Didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub. Lots of construction going on nearby in June 2022, but only really could hear it when outside/on porches. Would happily stay here again if we have the opportunity!
