"The hotel has some great qualities, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The hotel’s design is beautiful, with a stylish aesthetic that gives the property a unique character. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The rooftop is the highlight of the property—the sunset views are absolutely beautiful and well worth visiting. Pricing was also reasonable for the experience. However, housekeeping was disappointing. The room didn’t feel as clean as it should have, and the shower curtain was stained and clearly due for replacement. Water pressure in the shower was also quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. The evening turndown service was also underwhelming. While the hotel does provide it, it was very poorly executed during our stay. The room was essentially left as it was, so it didn’t add any value to the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-designed hotel with a lot of potential thanks to its rooms and incredible rooftop, but it could significantly improve the guest experience by paying more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency."
