Days Hotel Manama4.0 out of 5.0

I’ve stayed here on three separate occasions, on business trips. The rooms are nice and clean, and some have a great view of the bay. The bathrooms are fine, too. So, why 3 stars??? The food served in the restaurant is truly awful. It got to the point that I (and other business colleagues) would order a lunch, and then dinner, with no intention of eating it. Our company had paid full board, so we got our moneys worth. I actually think that the Days Hotel don’t want proper guests. I think they make their money from the thumping disco in the middle of the hotel. Lol
If you are searching for a nice view rooms with a good value of money you should book this place direct.. rooms and services and staff and location and view ... everything in Days is just great .. I love this hotel imagine with such budget of stay you can have a great view room .. Days is the best I love this hotel..
the hotel is a shambles ,it is basically an arab hotel not for westerners.the management are a total disgrace an was not helpfull in any way ignorant and ignoring what was actually going on they just brushed off the complaints .. the wi fi was non existant and all i got was it will be fixed next week . i moved to another hotel and i will still be charged for the stay . only good thing is the porter and the security guard .. they were very nice .. every one please stay clear from this hotel you have been warned
we spent 3 nights at Days hotel in a nice sea view clean room, comforting beds, nice indoor swimming pool at the roof floor, smooth check in/out, near to most needed facilities also accessible to the main roads of Bahrain. the hotel is like other hotels in that area is busy of night life activities ;) so it might be irritating to conservative people to experience such a daily scenes of men standing in the street in front of the gates to invite people searching for night pleasures with no offence ... Not only at nights actually it's 24/7 service. No private car Parking so you have to leave your car in a near sandy open area just besides the gate.
Just an Erorr ...... i book that hotel because it is very close to the airport , but this is the only positive thing. All very bad , from Internet access in the room , cleaining and comfort . There's nothing around the hotel , a taxi is mandatory Night club just beside the hotel , more or less all guests "fish" in the club and spend a night in the hotel.
We spend there one night ( actually was just 6 hours as we were passing Bahrain in our way to Thailand ) for the money value it wasn't bad but the problem is the noise from the night clubs down, and the old furniture. Not for families for sure.
Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed. Rooms were clean and modern with good Internet. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and a nightclub. Restaurant food was amazing and portions very generous. Staff could not be more helpful. Totally enjoyed my stay.
We arrived at Manama airport and called Days to send the free shuttle bus. After almost an hour and a half and 2 phone calls and no shuttle we took a cab. It took us 5 minutes and there was no traffic. Complained at reception and the guy was so rude and said shuttle was waiting at airport at Costa where we had stood waiting all that time.Didn't believe a word he said. The hotel is not up to much and rooms below standard for what we paid. Nightclub very loud and we were on 8th floor. Not a good experience for our 1st and last time in Bahrain. Steer clear of this hotel.
1. They called at 3 am to tell us that there was a mistake they made with the bill. 2. The balnkets and pillows are ripped. 3. The fridge is running and it never cooled anything. 4. They called us to ask about someone else. 5. One of the electricity outputs doesn't work. 6. The tub is rusty. 7. The breakfast menu is bad and there's no water and the food isn't fresh. 8. There's only one lamp in the room. 9. There's a broken tile in the swimming pool. 10. The filters in the pool don't work so the water is always dirty. 11. The toilet paper they gave us was almost finished. 12. The blankets are doodled on. 13. No "splasher" in the toilet which is a problem to many people, only a bidet.
Amazing stay, close to everything you need, very professional and friendly staff definitely i am going back, swimming pool is very nice with a view of Manama, gym got all you need. It was the best hotels i tried in Bahrain so far. Thanks
