The minute we arrived until the last day of our vacation we were taken care of with out standing staff members. The hotel is right on the beach and a lot to do everyday.we will definitely come back and recommend it to a friend.

Not comfortable, especially for elderly people. No shower in the room, bath tub too high, just a few restrooms, restaurants just average, a lot of steps even in the rooms, no quiet zone, poor shows

Went home with sore back, cuz bed was too hard! Thought they might have a memory foam topper, but not! We really liked Roy Palace, but they could do a better job with the steak house! We couldn’t get in for about 7 days! When we finally did, it was half empty! It was as if they did this on purpose! They wouldn’t let me open the curtain. I thought that was strange! They didn’t want others to see how empty it was! Entertainment was fabulous!

The Riu Palace Pacifico was stunning. We enjoyed the walk on the beach and the beach party entertainment was awesome. Everyone about the staff always had a smile on their face and ready to do whatever they could 4 the guest. We are looking forward to going back to Puerto Vallarta and in particular the Riu Palace for another vacation soon.

It was great overall experience. We were more worried about the recent violence in PV and found nothing the concerned us. We took a cab into PV and to Sayulita. Very enjoyable trip. I would recommend the Palace and PV!

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful.

Impressive to say the least! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the entire staff was at our beck and call! Hotel was immaculate, grounds were impeccable and the staff was impressive! Other than an occasional slow elevator from floor to floor, absolutely no complaints! Food, entertainment and spirits were equally outstanding! A return visit in the future, for sure!

Hotel staffs were great, and food and restaurants were also great. Hotel is compact and everything is within easy reach; pool and beach are wonderful. There are activities through out the day including evening performance - so you just eat/drink/relax. We had a nice time other than the bedding /pillows were not comfortable for the nights - not sure if that was unique to our room - Jr. ocean view suite. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations were comfortable and met my expectations based on other stays with RIU Palace in other locations. My complaint is with the way the staff handled two incidents during our stay. During my stay a pair of gold and diamond earrings went missing from my room. I found them missing while packing my bag to leave for home. I was then told by the hotel that it would take an hour to file a report with security. This is an hour I did not have as I had a flight to catch. Arguments may be made that I should not have had them with me, I should have hidden them better, etc, etc. None of that sits well with me. When I am staying at a resort rated over 4 stars, I have expectations that I can safely store my valuables in my private room without fear. I HATE that this happening places an accusation on otherwise helpful service staff but a pair of earrings typically does not wander away on their own. This incident reshapes my perception of RIU properties and leaves me incredibly disappointed (not to mention, missing jewelry). Aside from stolen property from my room, the grounds staff were helpful and friendly. Its unfortunate that the actions of one person can make such an impact on a hardworking group of others. I will not stay at a RIU property again.

Excellent all around...nothing to bring as an issue.

I was very upset when running the Jacuzzi at dusk with my girlfriend. The cleaning staff came at the same time we got ready to use Jacuzzi. We realized we only had a cigarette each in our packages but had earlier walked two hours to the store for four more. When I got out the Jacuzzi and went to get the bag with four packages, they where missing and never found. I didn't get anywhere with the staff regarding this. I would never think in a hotel like this I'd have to worry about such an incident. I also caught one of the younger male pool waiters taking sips from straws of drinks he was delivering to guests. Food was middle road to the left. I will not be returning to this hotel chain. Mainly due to missing items and around the clock low key atmosphere.

Very nice...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Great food good drinks. Staff are all awesome. Great place for kids every night they have a kids show all acted out by the staff my boys loved it. After the kids show they do a themed show for all ages. All in all best place to stay for the money we have stayed twice now.

Food and services was excellent! Room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. We had great time there and nothing to complain about.

Best food ,best hotel staff and just a great place to stay. People were super friendly and extremelycaring. Rooms were beautiful and entertainment would satisfy even the most critical customer. Pools were inviting and well maintained, we would definetly do a return visit.

The food is grate and the staff are nice except two of their restaurants are not kids friendly and do not allow kids to the restaurant. The hotel services are slow but staff are friendly. Room views are good.

Awesome hotel!! Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! Each and every person I interacted with was awesome!

We go every year to the RIU Palace Pacifico. Almost all of the staff provide excellent service. The food is of generally good quality and there is lots of variety so we never tire of the food. The drinks are good. Only the wine needs improving.

The first room we got had no view and dead bugs in the closet. The second room was better but there was no rubber mat for the shower and I also fall twice getting out of the shower. The food was good at all times. There was only one washroom near the pool area and in the men's room at least half the urinals were always out of order. The beach area was very nice very good setup. The entertainment was good also.

Spent 12 fantastic days in paradise! Great food and amenities but it is always the people who make the Riu Palace Pacifico so special. They make you feel like family. Can't wait to go back.
