The house is spread over three floors: on the first floor there is a large and elegant entrance, a large and elegant living room and a large kitchen from which it is also possible to enjoy an excellent view of the surrounding valley. On the first floor there are two large and elegant double bedrooms and the bathroom. On the ground floor the cellar offers two welcoming rooms adequately furnished for relaxation, including one of these also equipped with a heated whirlpool tub. From the cellar you can access the outdoor courtyard, which features a large fenced garden, a shaded pergola, a private above-ground swimming pool and an equipped area dedicated to those who love sunbathing in the open air. The property is located in the center of the medieval village of Vico Pancellorum, and the house stands on a large rocky ridge, which overlooks the valley below, offering guests a wonderful view and making their stay unique and fascinating.

Die Schlüsselübergabe und Hilfe beim Gepäck sowie Einweisung hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und authentisch. Die Lage erfordert allerdings kräftige Beine. Vom Parkplatz zum Haus geht es ca. 150m eine schmale Straße durch das Dorf nach oben. Wer Ruhe liebt findet sie hier
