It consists of three floors:
1. CENTRAL FLOOR with a huge entrance salon with fireplace and sofas, a studio, a double bedroom with bath, a small living room, the main living room with sofa and tv and the adjacent dining room, both opening into the patio and the garden with pool, the kitchen
2. CELLAR FLOOR, with wine cellar and a very cool 'taverna' with table and chairs
3. UPPER FLOOR with four bedrooms: 1 huge master bedroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with bath, 2 twin bedrooms with 2 baths
A great garden with secular trees, the swimming pool and a covered patio for 'al fresco' meals refine the beauty and charme of this property

Dario, manager was prompt & answered our questions promptly. He gave infor for a chef & wine tour. Isa,who met us at the property, gave us a Villa tour & her number to reach her. She also cooked for us 2 nights. Absolutely wonderful and a superb Chef. Sophie,her helper was a delight. They taught us some Italian!.it was too cool for the pool,but a great addition to a lovely property. We never expected the Villa to be updated (that's the ambiance of Italy) BUT we did expect that the amenities would be more comfortable. Out of the 5 bedrooms, only 3 were really for adults. So, since I was the one that booked the Villa, my husband and I took the twin room, which was not a problem at all, we retired for the evening & took the spread off of the beds & discovered that they were COTS. They were so uncomfortable we decided to try the other room with the twin beds that were clearly children beds (low to the ground and narrower) the mattress was better but once again they were made like cots & I could not move without making loud squeaky noise. We never really slept a full night. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and plenty of room at the dinning room all eight of us. The couch and chairs were beyond there years of being comfortable. We had great hot water but there were no shower curtains & since the stall was very small the floor got a lot of water.It would have been nice for VRBO to let us know that no bath soap, shampoo or TP is provided by this property. The location was awesome

Fantastic old house

A perfect place to stay with several families. We spent most time at the pool which was perfect. The village just 5 minutes walking downhill provide a few restaurants, bakery and groceries. It’s an old house with its charme.
