Verbier - Doppelbuchung
Nachdem nach 3 Monate nach unserer Buchung uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Eigentümer Eigenbedarf angemeldet hat, waren wir erst einmal sehr verärgert. Die Agentur hat uns dann aber über eine andere Agentur ein Alternativangebot gemacht, dass uns gut gefallen hat. Leider hat die Zahlungsabwicklung auch nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Es wurde 2 x über die Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl hierfür keine ausdrückliche Zustimmung vorlag. Eine Doppelbuchung wurde dann aber nach 2maliger Aufforderung zurücküberwiesen.
