I will start with the good. The home was clean. The host was very nice. The scenery around the home was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Well stocked with family games.
The listing with Expedia is inaccurate. It does not specifically list in the appropriate location that there is no air conditioning. It also list that it is a 37 min drive to the Sequoia National Park. It was close to 2 hours.
The grounds at the home had not been maintained in a long time. There were 3 cats outside that try to come into the home. The Dish Network did not work.

Cabin had comfortable beds and thankfully plenty of fans. Unfortunately ran out of toilet paper first night. Host voicemail not set up and no instructions for Wi-Fi password or TV dish. Friendly cats on the front porch. Keep in mind front door could lock behind you. Nearest grocery is 45 min at a Valero gas station. Excellent food at Pinehurst Lodge bar and grill on the way to/from Sequoia. Minor issues aside we enjoyed our stay at this peaceful cabin.
