I found hair on my bed and in the bathroom. Although the receptionist and every other staff members were amazing, my room was not. I am sorry, but I feel for this money, in a 5 star hotel, I shouldn’t have to pick up foreign hairs

Beautiful room with terrace overlooking Ring. Staff super friendly, lobby bar a lovely place to get a drink. The location can't be beat.
Loved everything about this elegant and sophisticated hotel, gorgeous and well-appointed rooms. Ours had an entry hall and large double sink bathroom, high ceilings with crown moldings and classy decor typical of the Mozart era
It was a good experience except for our faulty thermostat. 1st night it would not cool lower than 25c = 77 degrees. Room was way too hot so we slept with balcony door open. We called for repair- second night It was stuck at 19c = circa 66 F so it was too cold. We ultimately shut it off. The sad thing is no one offered some sort of discount or compensation for that miserary. We did not ask for any but disappointing for what should be 5 star hotel.
Our room had a guarantee ready time of 2:00 p.m. which did not happen. The location of the hotel is excellent!!
