This apartment has been renovated in 2015 and awaits its guests with newly designed rooms. It is located in the basement of a comfortable holiday home in the village Waltersdorf, above the spa town Rathen. Waltersdorf is located on the plateau between Lilienstein and Polenztal and embeds itself in the green of the forests, which extend up close to the place. An ideal starting point for biking and hiking in the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

The 28 square meter apartment can accommodate two persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, raclette, fondue sets (Chinoise, cheese), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In addition to a dining area are available also Sat.-TV, A CD, DVD, and Blu-ray player and an iPod / iPhone docking station. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a mirror which is located on the wall next to the window. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. As there are no carpets, the holiday for allergy sufferers is ideally suited. All rooms are also environmentally friendly heating with a pellet.

The apartment has a front terrace with barbecue and seating. You have a car park. The property is completely fenced. Pets are allowed only on request.

The apartment can be purchased separately, but also be booked to the main house to do so. It is a Non smoking apartment, smoking on the terrace is however allowed. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available for free. Mountain bikes can be rented.

Around the village there are numerous hiking trails that reward even the short walk with panoramic views of the surrounding rocks and mountains. The immediate vicinity of Rathen (two km), the bastion and Rathen are a special plus. The huge, undeveloped hiking region between Pirna and the Bohemian Switzerland offers a direct entry into the Saxon Switzerland Nature Reserve. Active guests will appreciate the extensive network of cycle and mountain bike network. Both Pirna and Dresden are reachable by public transport (bus, boat, train). Bad Schandau Rathen and offer fine dining. The Tuscany spa awaits you even in bad weather in just six kilometers away. There were shopping possibilities in Bad Schandau.

Wunderschöne Zeit !!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer zauberhaften Ferienwohnung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir ganz herzlich empfangen und man hat uns alles über die Umgebung sowie über die schönsten Ausflugsziele informiert. Wir haben so gut wie alles erwandert und wurden trotz des nicht so schönen Wetters an keinem Tag enttäuscht. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!!!

Schöne Gegend. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Ausschilderung der Wanderruten. Wir haben unser Auto am Anreisetag auf dem Parkplatz abgestellt und erst wieder am Abreisetag bewegt. Alle unsere Tagesziele haben wir erwandert. > Lilienstein > Königstein, Ort und Festung > Rathen, Ort und Bastei, Gamrig > Bad Schandau, Ort und Umgebung > Hohenstein, Polenztal, Hockstein, Teufelsbrücke Gute Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein.Die Lage ist top ,man kann von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen.Auch als Startpunkt einer Wanderung perfekt. Sehr angenehme Vermieter ....auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Netter und und unproblematischer Kontakt, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, modern und top ausgestattet. Man kann direkt vom Standort aus wandern oder ist wenigen Autominuten bei den ersten Burgen in der Umgebung. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schöne Tage

wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von Herrn Rausendorf mit einem herzlichen Willkommen begrüßt worden (Infos über die Region und das Appartement)! Auch das Begrüßungsgeschenk war toll!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich gut versorgen und kochen kann. Also rundrum eine gute Ausgangsposition für schöne Wanderungen in der unmittelbaren Nähe und wenn man mit dem Auto da ist auch ein optimaler Startpunkt in alle Richtungen in der Sächsichen Schweiz!!! Eine gute Adresse!!

Tolle Wohnung und ein Urlaub in dem wir nichts vermisst haben!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sächsischen Schweiz sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden- von dem Sparschäler, über Gewürze, Springform, Toaster usw. Der kleine Imbiss laden wenige Fußminuten entfernt hat alles fürs tägliche Leben. Einzig regionale Spezialitäten haben uns gefehlt. Wir können das Appartement in der Kraxlhütte uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 🤗

Kraxlhütte in Waltersdorf

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sauber und angenehm. Sogar eine Terrasse mi Grill vor der Ferienwohnung. Super! Sehr zu empfehlen! Viele Wander- und Touristenatraktionen im unmittelbaren Umfeld, fussläufig zu erreichen. So z.B. Rathen und die Felsenbühne, in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Auch die große Bastei ist zu Fuss zu bewandern. Bis Bad Schandau ca. 8 km. Auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit der VVO sogar mit einem kostenlosem Ticket, welches einem für den Zeitraum des Aufenthalts für den Verbundraum zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Vermieter! Immer wieder gern! Ich werde Sie weiterempfehlen. MfG

top Lage. idyllisch. Ausflugsziele von hier super erreichbar

Super Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflugsziele. Wandern in der Gegend Top. Radeln... muss man etwas suchen und Karte lesen. Oder sich auf seinen Instinkt verlassen. Schlechte Radbeschilderung im Wald. Wohnung klein aber fein. Alles da was man braucht. Steckdosen waren etwas rar. Aber machbar. Keine Coach zum chillen. Aber auch machbar. Hellhöriges Haus. Sehr netter Vermieter. :)

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich, neben einem süßen Gruß für uns wurde auch der Hund mit Leckerlis nicht vergessen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und für 2 Personen mit Hund vollkommen ausreichend. Die Bilder und Beschreibung versprechen nicht zu viel. Nach den Wandertouren haben wir die Zeit auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Hängematte genossen. Ein Kugelgrill konnte auch genutzt werden. Informationsmaterial zu Wandertouren und ein separater Wanderführer mit Hund lagen auch bereit. Alles in allem ein runde Sache - wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
