Charming apartment in a beautiful, old townhouse. Central. Able to quickly participate in the city life, close to restaurants and shops.

The apartment can accommodate two to five people, has an area of 120m² and the rooms are spread over two levels. On the lower level you will find on 60m² a cozy living room with satellite - TV flat screen, stereo and telephone on request. Furthermore, there is a very nice dining room for six people, a complete bathroom (WC), a hallway with a charming old staircase to the sleeping area and a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine , toaster, microwave and what to expect otherwise.
On the upper level you will find two cozy bedrooms with double beds (boxspring). Bed linen is provided, the beds are made. There is also a large shower room, shower 120 x 80, hairdryer. Towels are provided.
Featuring a rooftop terrace with electric awning invites you to cozy get-together. Patio furniture are naturally present.
Bad Sachsa is an ideal place for small and large enterprises. After a few hundred meters away: a water park, an indoor tennis court, an indoor ice rink. In winter, it is not far to cross-country skiing, for downhill, or for sledding. You are close to the Harz Nature Park. You can also visit the monastery museum in Walkenried and the Upper Harz Water shelf (both World Heritage Sites).
Visit the beautiful old towns in the area, or one of the visitor mines you (especially recommended is the Rammelsberg in Goslar). Caves want to be visited by you and do not forget a ride on the narrow-gauge steam train to the Brocken. For the more active there in the Harz mountain bike course, Monsterroller routes high ropes courses and climbing trail. You can also cycling, riding, swimming, hiking, walking, hiking.

Einfach gut.
You get what you pay for - einfach nur schön. Eine Woche reicht nicht, um sich durch die Restaurants in Bad Sachsa durchzuessen.
Mitten im Ort, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock.
Wenn Selberkochen angesagt ist = alles da. Das war mal eine Ferienwohnung, die alles hält, was sie verspricht. Vermieter bei der Übergabe anwesend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wohnlich eingerichtet.
Einfach nur gut - wir kommen sicher wieder!
