The apartment occupies the entire second floor of an old apartment building. This house is located in a quiet cul de sac only three minutes walk from the edge of the forest. However, you can also reach the commercial street within five minutes.   This apartment is located directly opposite the Erlebnisbad Salztal-Paradies.

The climatic spa resort Bad Sachsa is located in the southern Harz in the south of Lower Saxony. From here it is only a few kilometers to Braunlage and Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Enjoy relaxing holidays and explore the Harz. From the mountain Bad Sachsas, the Ravensberg, 659 m above n. N., you have a view of the southern Harz and Brocken. On the ten designated Terrainkurwegen, each of which begins and ends at the Vital Park, health-promoting, healing climatic walking and hiking is possible. Visit the Salztal-Paradies with its adventure pool, sauna area, indoor playground, bowling alley and skating rink. In winter you can explore the southern Harz on the many cross-country ski trails.   The apartment Tiedge is located near the center in Bad Sachsa. The Salztal-Paradies is only a few meters from the apartment, the city center 1 km and the railway station 3.5 km. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away.

Bad Sachsa

Die Wohnung mit der schönen Terrasse ist von der Ausstattung ok, obwohl schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten diese Wohnung fĂŒr 7 NĂ€chte gebucht, mussten aber aufgrund der Verschmutzung der FeWo wieder abreisen. Hier wurde seit Wochen nur oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. Es ist wirklich schade, denn die Lage und GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Wohnung ist wirklich gut.Aber wir haben noch nie solch eine verschmutzte FeWo erlebt, völlig verstaubt, voller Spinnweben in den Ecken, dreckige FensterbĂ€nke mit verdreckten Kunstblumentöpfen, Flusen auf dem Teppich, im Bad und auf den Lampen im Schlafzimmer. In den zwei BĂ€dern waren die Toiletten incl. Brille verdreckt, HaarbĂŒschel in der Dusche, das Kabel vom Fön total verkeimt. Auf den Handtuchhalter hĂ€tte ich kein Handtuch aufgehĂ€ngt, der war völlig verstaubt, seit Wochen nicht geputzt. Auch die KĂŒche, verschmutzte OberflĂ€chen und SchubfĂ€cher, alles was irgendwo im Regal stand, war klebrig. Ich möchte nicht weiter ausholen, die Bilder sprechen ihre eigene Sprache. Positiv möchte ich den Kontakt zum Vermieter erwĂ€hnen, er hat uns die Kosten nach einigen Telefonaten erstattet.

Lage und Umgebung sind Top. Die Wohnung war sehr unsauber und einige technische KĂŒchengerĂ€te veraltet und leistungsschwach. Eins der zwei vorhandenen BĂ€der ohne LĂŒftung und Fenster und beide BĂ€der ohne jegliche Ablagemoeglichkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung ist Familienfreundlich.An sich sauber, allerdings hinter und unter dem Bett, unterm Sofa und auf den und neben den NachtschrĂ€nkchen staubig (nicht erst seit kurzem, dicke Flusen und Schichten). Mit Kleinkindern fĂ€llt da gerne mal etwas drunter.Von der Wohnung ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbad und der Indoorspielplatz liegen SchrĂ€g gegenĂŒber.

Eigentlich war es schön

Einige Irritationen gab es aber doch: Ich habe bewusst eine große Wohnung mit mehreren Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern gebucht, weil ich mit einer Freundin angereist bin und fĂŒr jeden ein Bad vorhanden sein sollte. HĂ€tte ich nicht tags zuvor noch bei der Vermittlerin angerufen, hĂ€tte sie in der auf nichts fußende Annahme, wir seien ein Ehepaar, nur ein Bett bezogen. Letztlich gab es zwei bezogene Betten, nicht aber die jeweils breiten, sondern die schmalen. Sehr besonders war der Hinweis auf mitzufĂŒhrendes Toilettenpapier (davon sei nur fĂŒr einen Tag genug da), KĂŒchenkrepp und GewĂŒrze. Insgesamt herrschte bei der Übergabe des SchlĂŒssels das GefĂŒhl von Misstrauen; fehlende GlĂ€ser wĂŒrden schon entdeckt und der Verlust eines SchlĂŒssels könne teuer werden. Einer der RĂ€ume war wohlweislich abgeschlossen. Das habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Aber ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war gerĂ€umig und sauber. Wir waren zu FĂŒnft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Mit 8 Personen wird es etwas eng am Tisch, aber alle haben ein ordentliches Bett😊. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.
