Staff!! Didn’t know how to check me in because I paid through Hotels.com. Couldn’t activate my room key!!! On second night came to my room and told me I was in a vacant room. Wanted to take my Id and walk away with it. I went to front desk where they determined that receptionist gave me wrong room. 136 instead of 126. Was there initially for 3 nights. I extended my stay for two nights. Got home and checked my checking account and noticed that they charged me twice. Once for $192 and again for $180. This was on top of my $217 I paid through Hotels.com. Now I have the pleasure of trying to get the $192 back. I have 2 receipts. One from Hotels.com which doesn’t show what I paid for the first 3 nights. And the other which shows I paid DayInn $180 for last 2 nights. Where did the $192 come from?????
