We arrived at 4:42pm to check in but the room wasn’t available yet. We waited for another 15 minutes for the room to be available. Their check out time is 12 noon. So I was wondering why the room wasn’t ready for almost 5 hours since the previous customers checked out. If their excuse is staffing, they already knew ahead of time how many guests were checking in that day and should have prepared enough staff to clean the rooms for new guests coming in.

Accessible and generally clean . I would like more veggie/vegan options on the breakfast menu. The towels and the bathrobes are due for replacement. They are already aged and faded.
