This multi-level vacation home is located not far from the center of Champoluc and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. A double bedroom and a bathroom are located in the basement, where there is also a sauna with 2-3 places, ideal for your relaxation after your excursions. An outdoor area with lawn is ideal for relaxing in the green, reading a good book or enjoying a good wine. Champoluc (1565 m.a.s.l.) is a commune in the Valle d'Ayas. At 1,2 km there are the ski lifts of Monte Rosa Sky. In addition to the slopes (180 km), the area offers heliskiing, ice climbing, guided snowshoeing, ski mountaineering and summer skiing. Brusson (10 km) offers over 30 km of cross-country ski trails. Other well-known ski resorts include Gressoney (66 km), Cervinia (67 km) and La Thuile (85 km).
