For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 1.6 km, bus stop "Valtournenche" 5 km, railway station "Chatillon" 25 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 7 km, slopes 3.5 km. Hiking paths: Alta Via n°1 della Valle d´Aosta 50 m. In winter, snow boots, backpack and winter sports clothing are recommended.
