Gîte L’Ancien Préau – Cozy Retreat for 2 in the Heart of Touraine

Welcome to La Marelle! In the heart of Touraine, in the Langeais region, our charming property offers two adjoining, fully equipped gîtes (for 2 and for 6–8 guests) on over a hectare of land, close to our home.



Each accommodation has a private entrance and terrace, ensuring privacy and peace.



Gîte L’Ancien Préau is a spacious 40 m² studio with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen area comes with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. A TV is also provided.



On request and subject to availability, baby equipment can be supplied free of charge: travel cot, folding bathtub, changing mat, and high chair.



Pets are welcome, provided you respect the property and other guests. Two well-behaved dogs live on site.



Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm, with check-out before 10 am. These times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability. For any questions, please contact the host via the booking platform.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Échanges agréables et spontanés très appréciés. Aux petits soins pour dépanner quand il y avait besoin ou fournir ce qu'il fallait. Liberté de profiter du terrain boisé pour se ressourcer. La présence des chiens, sympathique,pas du tout envahissante. Logement un peu atypique ,situé pas loin de plusieurs châteaux et de Tours. Séjour sans fausse note que je recommande sans hésiter.
