Great property!

Property was great, clean and well-located. It was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub was broken and stayed that way throughout the entire trip. We learned of that issue after checking in and trying to use the hot tub, which was a big disappointment for the kids The property management company never followed up to fix it or discuss with us (not the host’s fault), which put a damper on our trip. But assuming the amenities were fixed, we’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Beaver Creek and we felt like we were in a fairytale. The loft was just our style and the icing on the cake. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything that we needed and more. Everything was labeled and well organized. Beds were comfortable. The location was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible 2 bedroom loft on the river in Avon. Absolutely stunning unit, with luxurious appointments and no detail left unaddressed. Close to the slopes and the hot tub and pool are in a stunning setting right on the Eagle River. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend--definitely the nicest rental we have ever had in Eagle County.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The loft/townhome itself is beautiful, feels like it is brand new. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and cooking gear, opening to a dining and living area that is comfortable and just enough space for our family (5) to lounge after some long ski days. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk structure was perfect for 3. The only suggestion I would make would be to install a handle to assist the climb to the two bunk beds.The location is perfect. It isn’t slopeside, but it’s the next best thing, located directly across from the Bear lot and a 1 minute bus shuttle to the Bachelor Gulch lift. Had we not ventured to the grocery store or restaurants, we could have easily made it the entire week without starting our car.Only one other suggestion I would make: give renters a bit more detailed directions for arrival...took us a few minutes to figure out exactly where the building was, in the middle of a snow storm.Overall, one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had, would wholeheartedly recommend this place. We had a phenomenal week.
