This fabulous, two-level penthouse offers a family room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wood burning fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and premium cabinetry, as well as a dining table for six. Additional features include dual guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (one has a king size bed, the other has a queen size bed), a queen sleeper sofa in the den, a loft with a game table, two twin bunk beds and an additional king bed and bathroom, stacked washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle.

Guests will appreciate mountain and valley views from the furnished deck (with BBQ), as well as the convenience of being able to ski in/out to Highlands Lift/Skiway via the building’s second floor ski lockers; an outdoor pool and hot tubs are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.
