It is a True Ski-In/Ski-Out home directly located on Roughlock & Everkrisp ski runs in Bachelor Gulch Village. This 5400sf home is situated mid-mountain and directly overlooks The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and Bachelor Gulch Village. Views of Avon, the Gore Range, Red & White Mountains, and Game Creek Bowl in Vail are stunning. Adjacent Roughlock and Everkrisp ski runs offer both easy green and moderate blue run choices to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. There are 4 fireplaces, 2 dens, Playroom, Office Area, and Gourmet Kitchen.

This slope-side location is even easier than most with a heated walkway into the private ski-room with convenient cubbys and boot warmers/dryers. This Snowberry Unit is a five bedroom, six and-a-half bath home and features the finest in design throughout. There are two private garages, private Hot-Tub, and open, airy living areas which make this property an ideal choice for family and friends. Expansive windows soak up the surrounding mountain alpine scenery and large spacious private decks encourage outdoor enjoyment throughout the year. There are hallways to each bedroom offering privacy not found in most locations.

Other features include: wide-plank hickory floors that add warmth and charm throughout the living areas; 100 percent wool carpeting in the bedrooms; wood cabinetry and trim; hand hewn beams, private hot-tub, group steam room and and a master bath boasting a Jacuzzi tub and private steam room, separate Euro-style shower enclosure, custom-designed vanities with slab marble counter tops. With this rental each guest may obtain access to the private Ritz Carlton Spa and workout facilities for a complete vacation!

Bedrooms are wonderful with a unique set of 3 Masters and 2 Bunk Rooms. Arrangements are: One King; One King; One King w/ Day Bed; Two Full Bottom Top Twin Bunks; Two Full Bottom Top Twin Bunks. There are additional Queen Sleepers in the playroom and main level den. We also have a portable Graco Pack & Play.
