Un sofá cama QUEEN en la sala de estar. El loft de arriba tendrá una cama QUEEN y 2 camas individuales. (Nota, la imagen muestra una reina en la suite principal. Se espera que la cama King llegue a mediados de octubre).

BIKINI BUNGALOW es un condominio favorito de la familia! Situado en el corazón de Avila Beach y pasos para calentar las arenas blancas. El Courtyard at Avila presenta una arquitectura galardonada con preciosas vistas a la ladera. Área de patio privado dentro del patio cerrado. A pocos pasos de la playa de arena, restaurantes, campo de golf, carril bici, etc. Todos los beneficios de los pasos de la vida en la playa desde su embarque frontal, kayak, jet ski, canotaje. Our family of 7 enjoyed the home that had ample dining and living room space for game night and chatter. Upstairs loft is great for the teens/younger family as the steps are a tad tricky. Description of home was accurate and staff responds immediately to reservation questions/needs. Some kitchen items need to be replaced, overall everything you need to cook/BBQ is stocked. Bring your own spices/oil etc

Great location, great house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was happy about the rental. The location from beach was ideal. It took about 1 minute to walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The place was to perfect, however we have some issues:1. One the first day, the internet didn’t work which meant no TV because the TV relies on internet to work. Not a game changer for me, but did travel with guest who like to watch TV to unwind. 2. Although the house seemed clean, we did see aVery old and think spider web in the master bedroom high window. It was large and thick enough to make me feel uncomfortable to sleep in the room. We had to clean ourselves using vacuum. 3. In the middle of the night, around 2am, a loud alarm went off in the master bedroom. It took a while to pin point where the alarm was coming from. We had to call the emergency number for rental, but no one answered answer at the time. I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line. Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.

The Bikini Bungalow is very well appointed and very clean with 5 beds and a spacious living area. Seven Sisters does a great job of making sure you have everything needed before and during your stay. Our Family Vacation at Avila Beach

My sister, mom and I stayed with our 6 kiddos and we all loved everything about this beautiful home! It’s located right downtown and by the beach so we never had to drive anywhere.The staff was super helpful when we called and friendly. All the kids asked if we could move into this home permanently. :) The decor is beautiful, it’s spotless and just the place we were looking for by the beach.

It is also missing an ocean view, however, it is only steps from the beach.
