This Inn is a most peaceful and lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is top notch!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful I will be a regular guest!!

I would stay again and it is now on my “overnight list” as I head to the Whites in New Hampshire. I was in a room facing Route 43. I could hear traffic and an undisciplined dog that barked frequently; I have learned as I travelto bring along a small fan, and I used that to sleep, and it was able to drown out the sounds. I slept perfectly. I was not expecting the high quality of food that is served. I had a very delicious dinner.

so impressed with the inn and restaurant

we arrived at the inn and was greeted right away. check in was flawless and the room was perfect! small but clean and welcoming. it also had a balcony which was wonderful and used often. the staff was polite and very friendly, it seemed like they really enjoy working there. we will definitely be back. l

I really loved the place.. was cute & cozy, loved the decor & was very clean. I would have given it a perfect rating had the TV worked or been a bit newer, was an old tube Tv & it was stuck on some technicolor download screen the entire time I was there & I tried everything to get it to work & I couldn’t find any staff anywhere to help me.. I ended up relying on my phone to watch some shows before bed. I would totally visit again, I would just make sure I would inquire about the tv working if you need one to fall asleep like I do. Also they could use some mini fridges in the rooms too.. just a suggestion.

I called ahead for a late check-in and they were happy to accommodate. There was plenty of parking and after calling again so they would unlock the entry they checked us in and got us into our room in no time. We didn't use the common areas but the room was spacious, clean, and quaint. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a very “charming” inn. It is the only option in Averill Park unless you rent a house through VRBO. I stayed here four years ago and thought I would give it a second chance. It is not a BNB, as there is no breakfast, but does have a small Keurig in each room. Every guest room is decorated with a a different theme. The room I stayed in had country quilts and quilted pillow shams, lots of throw pillows, all filled with dust. I woke up stuffed up with itchy eyes. At check in, I found a half used water bottle under the armoire in my room, which leads me to believe the room was not cleaned properly after the last guest.. The carpet in my room was damp and the entire Inn smells musty and moldy. My room lacked outlet’s for charging devices. The property grounds are run down, there are weeds everywhere outside, the walkways are not smooth or level and could be hazardous if not paying careful attention to where you are placing your feet. The Inn itself is dated. The mattresses are old, very uncomfortable, not supportive at all and just in terrible condition. I talked to multiple guests who all said the same thing about the beds. I had no hot water the last two days of my stay, and was told my room was at “the end of the run and they would see if they could get it fixed by morning”, they didn’t get it fixed and I had my second cold shower before I checked out.

The restaurant & bar were very convenient. We went with another couple and it was nice to be able to eat and drink and know that you didn’t have to drive anywhere. The rooms were great!! Each room had a theme and was decorated right down to the shower hooks. Very comfortable bed and entire environment was great. Loved it. We will definitely go back. It was a great time and wonderful
