Quality Inn & Suites Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Was great for a one night stay. The staff was nice. The room was enough and stocked. The a.c. helped but the 1st floor room was very very humid. Right off a Hwy exchange which made it easy to access different parts of Austin.

Cheap airport hotel experience, terrible towels and bedding

hitel is showingnits age. One of 2 elevators was broken. Room and common areas were not as clean as expected. Bed was too firm but bed linens were good. Complimentary breakfast was unremarkable.

Had a maintenance issue with my flight so I had an overnight layover. I booked the room right away and I was grateful for the pre paid reservation because a lot of customers ahead of me did not have one and they were running out of rooms. Due to my reservation they had one left for me.

Hotel has seen better days but the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was also clean and comfortable.

Very nice staff. Very clean but very old. No wierd smells. Beds are comfortable. Only have a van for shuttle to airport, start at 5a. I had to wait for 2nd run & arrived @ 5:35 for a flight boarding @ 6:10! If we weren't TSA pre ck we would have missed our flight...

The hotel is located adjacent to Hwy. 71...a very busy highway, so road noise was pretty noticeable. If you are bothered by highway noise, this may not be the place for you. I slept fine. The hotel staff were very friendly, responsive and customer focused. My overall experience was good.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Shuttle to the airport is nice.

If you are going to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or an event at the Austin 360 Amphitheater or to the Circuit of the Americas race track, this is one of the closest, decent motels in the vicinity. It is clean and comfortable; breakfast was good but typical for most motels of this type. One drawback: the motel is adjacent to Highway 71, which, as of this writing (Aug 2016), is under a lot of construction. On the other hand, if you go a half-mile west on 71 access road, there is a small Mexican restaurant called "Jasmine's". Doesn't look like much but the food is a good and the price even better.

Everything was fine. There were light bulbs not working, I didn't get my wake-up call, and no interior light in the shuttle which caused me to leave a small item behind in the back seat. However, the stay was comfortable and the location is perfect for an early morning departure from the airport. It may not be luxury, but it is fine for less than 12 hours! Actually, they fixed 2 small grab & go bags for us since we had to leave before the breakfast room opened.

Great hotel and extremely friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel was perfect. It was very clean and I felt safe as I traveled.

The hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay for a race I was doing. Close to the race site and easy to get.

Room and staff were nice, but had one major problem that was never resolved. There was only warm or hot water. Couldn't get cold. The maintenance guy said it was a temperature problem in the laundry room. Was supposed to be fixed but then it happened again. Hard to shower in scalding water or brush teeth in warm. This shouldn't even be a problem in any hotel. Very unsatisfied & wouldn't recommend!

This hotel is perfect if you need to fly in or out of Bergstrom. The shuttle is reliable, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. I'd rate it higher if there were more restaurants within walking distance, which can be iffy, especially at night along a busy road.

Arrived after 1 AM, greeted kindly by the desk agent who told us about breakfast. Slept through it, unfortunately, even though I set the alarm clock (apparently I slept through that too). When we arrived the agent told us we could leave our big bags there and reclaim them when we checked out. Enjoyed a quiet restful sleep...glad you were so near the airport! Thanks for taking good care of us. We had flown in from Malaysia, which made for a verrrry long day. We appreciated the free days of parking and the free shuttle to the airport, though we came back too late to use it then.

The hotel was good value for the location, as it was not far from the concert venue we were attending while in Austin. There was a bathroom sink leak in the room we were first put in, but they moved us to a room 2 doors down without hesitation.

Quick check in and fast reservation, nice pool, great location, workout room, free food, happy happy happy

1. Was sent to an occupied room when we checked in. 2. Pillows the size of marshmallows. 3. No hot water so no shower. Will NEVER stay at this location or any other Quality Inn. Was told they couldn't make a pricing accomodation since we booked online, so NO MORE O....Z!!!!

Staff was excellent. Location at airport, good for my short business trip.
