Manager at the front desk was super nice. What we didn’t like was the smell of the room. It smelled like damp dog.

The corporate policy annoyed us. We had to cancel through no fault of our own. We notified them well in advance. They refused to refund our money. We will find another hotel chain other than Quality inn. Likely they rented our room twice. Not really fair.

Rooms had an odor, possibly smoking. Rooms were outdated. Toilet seat and bathtub had been painted. Wallpaper was lifting at edges and corners.

The area near the elevator looks in construction. In general the hotel look old.

Beetles, shower that did not drain, and toilet that ran all night. Best part of the stay was it was only one night.

This property is GREAT! Nice staff, good breakfast, clean, and quiet a/c! Would love to stay here again!!!

The hotel was very obviously under renovation when I stayed there. My room was at one end of a long hallway and the ice and vending machines room at the other end. I was tired when I arrived, but I trudged all the way to the far end of the hall to find an empty room. I walked back to my room and went to sleep without ice and whatever else I might have found to make my stay more pleasant. The disappointment of confronting the empty room was accentuated by my tiredness. And I received no notification of the situation or correlated helpful suggestions from the desk clerk, who was generally courteous but "efficient" and evidently not all that interested in me as a guest. Further, the breakfast food was of minimum standard and not appealing to me.

Had to change rooms. Had flying bugs all over the room.

Closeness to airport. Shuttle driver polite and helpful and drove safely. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and good lighting. There was not a TV schedule available. Had to scroll to find what we wanted. The luggage carrier had a flat tire that made it extremely hard to push.

Shuttle Service to Airport, breakfast, gym, business room.

Close to airport. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion, breakfast ready before 6 am

Old, smelly, just bad. Cracked walls. Old pillows. Dirty sheets. Small towels. Smelly room. Just bad. Would not recommend.
