The Space:
Meticulously designed and decorated to ensure a 5-Star Stay...this brand-new home offers modern luxury and comfort, complete with a private pool. The primary suite features a queen bed, spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Enjoy a cozy living area with a couch, chairs, and TV, a gourmet kitchen with island seating, and a utility room with a washer and gas dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their side of the duplex and its fenced yard, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is via a smart lock, and the access code will be provided before check-in.

Other Things to Note:
This is a duplex, and the unit being rented is the left-side unit (Unit A). The right side (Unit B) has a completely separate driveway, yard, pool, etc. and there should be no reason to interact with guests staying in Unit B.

For vehicle access, there is an electric rolling gate that can be operated using the keypad at the street or the wireless controller located in the kitchen (similar to a garage door opener).

For pedestrian access, there is a walk gate to the left of the rolling gate. This gate does not have a lock and is freely accessible.
