Overall good location, after check in we realized there were no full rolls of toilet papers… only tiny ones left. We looked around the house and couldn’t find anything in the garage or any cabinets. I messaged the owner right away on the app around 4pm but didn’t hear back until later that evening. We ended up having to run to HEB and get it ourselves. The owner did refund me 10, but it was inconvenient. Besides that it was an okay stay.

House was nice, only one TV so the boys slept on the couches despite having their own rooms. Interestingly, deliveries neither I nor the homeowner ordered arrived several times. My only issue was with the dryer. Some settings didn’t work so it took me a while to figure out how to get my clothes dry but all in all I cannot complain.

Some unpleasent issues; table lamps bases very dusty, refrigerator ice and water dispensers not working, bed sheets in main bedroom not changed, mattresses uncomfortable, one of the beds makes a lot of noise.We were happy with the master bedroom and bathroom doors, accesible for the handycap, since my brother is in a wheelchair. Thank you very much for letting us to stay in your property.

Great stay for families!We had a wonderful time at this 3-bedroom home in Austin. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and having the extra space made traveling with a kid much easier and more comfortable than a hotel stay. The location was convenient and the house was clean and welcoming.The only minor suggestion would be to stock up on a few more kitchen basics—specifically more bowls! We found ourselves handwashing more often than expected! Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was fantastic and very convenient, and the house itself is wonderful and comfortable with a lot of great features. It had everything we needed and felt like it could be an amazing place to stay.That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The home would really benefit from a more thorough cleaning. We noticed quite a bit of dust, some lingering odors, and food crumbs and wrappers throughout.There were also some marks or buildup on the walls that could be addressed.One of the beds was missing a fitted sheet, which made it a bit uncomfortable since the bedding would come loose with movement. Additionally, the listing mentioned access to a pool and park, but unfortunately those were not open during our stay, which was disappointing.Despite these issues, we still had a good experience and think this property has a lot of potential with a bit more attention to detail. Thank you for hosting us!

The property was not as listed- there was no pool or playground in the community, secondly it was bordering a high traffic road with constant noise at night. Thirdly washing machine was not working and we were not able to do any washing having young kids. There were no microwave dishes , and we told the hosts. After 2 days the hosts dropped some dinnerware sets .. some more utensils for heating, cooking would have been useful. As people can't carry all this stuff when travelling.

Front patio area pictured on listing was not there. Seems like all the trees got chopped down. Neighbors next door seemed like they had a car shop with multiple vehicles adjacent to us making hard to park but we managed. Some areas were dusty and the bed sheets in the main room need to be replaced.

When we arrived the door code did not work so we sat on the front porch for almost an hour until it got figured out. The house was not cleaned. We had to have the cleaning crew come back and clean again, and then we still had to wash all bedding and deep clean the restrooms prior to use.

The house is located very near downtown in a nice, residential neighborhood. It does back up to a fairly busy street, but the noise was not an issue for us to sleep at all. The two full bathrooms makes getting ready for the day very nice. The full size applicances and TV were great.

Very central location for all the wedding activities we were going to. Only drawback, lots of traffic on street behind the house. Very attentive owner, clean and updated and comfortable beds! Overall, it was perfect for us visiting Aunties and Uncles for a wedding!
