the elevator was broken for 4 days, the room didn't look as on the pics, much darker, much dirty , the key stopped working for no reason 3 hours before the time we supposed to leave, the area/location are fine, and the breakfast was good, for a little bit more I believe you can fine a better option

The lock on the room did not secure properly. It made me worried at times throughout the stay. Someone near to our room on the floor was also smoking eeed multiple times during our stay. It was frustrating since we had kids with us and had to pass the room each time we came and went. The doors on the bathroom are also severely damaged and the hinges are about to fall off—with the recent renovation and attempt to update/beautify the hotel, there were a number of items that were run down that should be better maintained.
