I did not like the mandatory expensive valet fee. The rooms should be cleaner.

The location is great, everything else was terrible. The front staff was unprofessional and never available at the front desk and obviously high when she finally came at the desk to help (after I asked the valet guy to go look for her). The room was dirty and don’t get me started on the bathroom. It was disgusting. The AC control on the wall did not work so we were unable to change the room temperature. The keys to the room would not work and would not open the door consistently. Unfortunately, the staff was not present to help fix the problem in a timely manner. The whole hotel smelled like a bathroom. Overall, the price does not match the quality of the service or the room, you are only paying for the location. The price for parking was extremely high. They charge $50. Would not recommend staying here.

Check in fast efficient and staff friendly. Property is on a corner bin downtown Austin. Easy walking around downtown. Bed comfortable. The constricted driveway in front of the office is a noise tunnel all the way up to the 4th level. Every sound is amplified. Noisy Inconsiderate people at 3 am talking and Harley motorcycles leaving at 7 interrupted sleep.

Was almost attacked by a homeless man who was clearly out of his mind. Five minutes into our stay the manager opened up our door without knocking first. Rooms were hot.

Not at all what was shown in n the pictures. Poor customer service, old and dirty. Even the lobby smells really bad. Expensive parking, poor quality breakfast. This has been the worst experience I have ever had

Great place if just looking for a clean space to spend the night

The staff was nice. However, we were unaware of the parking pricing when we booked this hotel. Our toilet also never flushed. Plus the interior of the hotel was run down. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible, as we were checking in multiple parties were checking out talking about flees and bed bugs. The walk ways to the rooms looked like prison walkways, the lady that checked me in was extremely rude. The linen had stains on it so I basically slept with sweat pants and shirt on with the cleanest sheet there. To top it off they charge you $275 for a room and it doesn’t come with parking. Very underwhelmed and a horrible experience. Location was good tho.

Ghetto. Looked nothing like photos. Worst part- COCKROACHES IN THE BED!!!!! We left so fast.

The housekeeping was very substandard. I found a used band-aid in the shower drain, and a scrub wad still hanging on the shower curtain rail from a previous visitor. Topping it off was finding the mattress pad placed upside down, exposing the rough, worn out underside of the pad, causing the stiff and prickly tatters to poke up into the sheet. Very uncomfortable, and very unsettling, not knowing what it was. I pulled the sheet up, finding the elastic corner fastening straps on top instead of underneath and wrapped around the corners of the mattress. Someone in housekeeping didn't give a rip. The carpeting also looked like it needed a good cleaning. Other than the band-aid and the scrubber, the toilet and sinks were clean. On a positive side, it was conveniently located to the capital (next door), the University, and downtown. I will likely not stay here again.

When I arrived the air conditioner was on in my room, and the on/off button wasn’t working. I went downstairs to the front desk and asked the lady behind the counter if she could send someone up to fix or turn it off. She said she was alone and no one available to fix it. She said I could unplug it. I did unplug it. The property looked dirty. The hallway carpeting looked dirty. One of the beds in my room looked as if someone had recently slept in it. When I pulled the top blankets to expose the sheets, the sheets looked dirty.

Location is great in proximity of downtown, but would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere a little nicer.
