Stayed there 10 days. Room was dirty hair everywhere, roaches and ants were all over the kitchen and bathroom. TP only 1 roll per week and towels were old and dirty.

the propriety look like old and its bathroom is very nasty, it's no clean. I wouldn't come back

Toilet clogged. Kitchen sink clogged. Roaches. Left screws and dust in floor of bathroom. My son stepped on one. Never had enough hand towels and wash clothes..will NEVER stay there again

Very dirty, water wasn't warm. Woke up with bugs on me. Overall bad experience. I felt like the place wasnoverall unprofessional. There was fighting in the parking lot when i got there. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in. The place needs to be redone.

I liked that it was close to a restaurant. Cover 2. It seems like a lot of people are living there. There was trash everywhere. My room never got cleaned. The microwave door wasn't closed and the light was on. There was lots of noise throughout the night.

The staff is great but this is the nastiest, dirtiest and dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Caution do not stay here!!!

Motel is going through re-hab. There are guest smoking on the balcony. The room has vinyl and it was filthy and looked like it had not been mopped in a long time. There was hair on the towels. There was NO toilet paper. The clerk was nice.

The front desk clerk gave us a room key to a occupied room with a guest in it already on the 3rd floor mind you, so lugging around luggage 3 flights of stairs just to go back to the lobby, the second time the desk clerk gives us a room key to a dirty room on the second floor, so lugging around luggage once again and waiting in line a 2nd time to speak with the front desk clerk was a big deal to me. They upgraded us from a queen room to a double bed room, the room was not bad but not good, the stoves burners were burnt, the bathroom rack was on the ground the fresh towels were on the toliet, lol eww. The AC was loud and not too cold. From the outside the motel looked great, each room I saw was small and not so nice to look at. You get what you pay for I guess I paid $64 a night and it was not all that. I would not recommend this place.

Not clean enough. Wouldn't come back. But you get what you pay for

Great value for my dollar. About 30 minutes from downtown Austin.

The electronic key system was down, so I had to go to the front desk every time to have access to my room. The room was clean, but the toilet ranned the whole time. It was Texas State track meet, so I couldn't have cancelled. Most rooms were booked for that weekend. I wish I could communicate this to someone whose in charge.

The hotel is clean comfortable and affordable. My first concerns were the doors were open at night allowing anyone in. I now see that scenario has been fixed. Secondly the elevator seems to labor on assent. And thirdly the lobby need art and flowers.

The hotel room was in bad condition.. room had Roach's and spiders. Looked like it was cleaned properly.. would not recommend to anyone..

The non smoking room had a strong odor to it. The carpet on the floor was in despicable condition. The bed covers had cigarette burn holes, as well as the curtains. The hotel staff did not inform us that they do not clean the room or change the linen on a daily basis. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Okay, I rated this for what it was. It was a very affordable place in a good location. It was clean. Nothing fancy. Comfortable and super friendly staff. The area was well lit and safe. I noticed they allow pets and mark the rooms with signs to notify staff which I thought was nice. They still have smoking rooms, so if you enjoy a good smoke this is the place for you. What your not going to find is room service, bed turn down, mints on the pillow and a concierge at your beck and call. If this is what your expecting then you need to reach a bit deeper into your pockets. This is a very affordable, clean place to stay. If you want more, pay more, but don't leave bad reviews because it's not the Ritz. I noticed that many people were laborers that were staying for weeks at a time. The place was booked solid so that says a great deal.

it was a good deal , not the best location , but it worked out for my needs

I needed a place to stay while I was attending a professional development activity. The hotel was good because it was clean. Customer service was also just OK. Thank you for service.

The location of this hotel is in a good spot on the northwest side of Austin. This could be a great place under the proper management. It's nice to have a kitchenette in the room but the rooms need a little maintenance. People that weren't staying at the hotel were hanging out in front of the hotel all night. People in other rooms were yelling all night and nothing was done despite numerous complaints.
