The Nautical cottage sleeps up to two guests and is the perfect romantic getaway. With seafaring decor, the Nautical house will put you in a tranquil state of mind with its calming palette of turquoise, navy, and ocean blue accents. The host was great, extending our stay by an extra day when we requested (last minute). The cabin was very cute, in a gorgeous little hollow. We loved the big windows and the tree arching over our deck. A perfect little hideaway. Our only complaint was the the polyester sheets were a little hot to sleep in, but otherwise the cabin was wonderful. The grounds around were also beautiful and well maintained. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Positive-Comfortable bed, quiet. Negative-Main areas inside clean, however, we didn't use ceiling fan cause when we turned it on, dust was falling down, build up of dust, as well as on the blinds. Biggest negative though was the shower was very cold and never warmed up. Didn't have time to call anyone to come over and fix it cause we had a wedding to attend.

The property was great, the house/cabin was great. Its very clean. The price was also excellent. There's two negative things. 1)The bed was uncomfortable. It had a sink hole in the center of the mattress. My hubby said it looked like something was broken underneath the bed and maybe thatvwas the issue. 2) We could not get the gas powered fire pit feature to work. We did not report it to the host or anything, so maybe if we would have done that it could've been resolved. So, no biggie. Nonbof these things would prevent us from coming back.

The property was nice. The cabin was the perfect size for 2.Upon arrival, we did not get the wine and snack basket like the picture. The kitchen was not well stocked with cookware; what was there was old and worn. Bathroom towel were dingy and the toilet seat was very loose. The bed was extremely lumpy, pillows were flat and were stained with who knows what… No blanket, only a sheet and a top spread that was unwashed and had food stains. Bed creaked and was noisy. Lastly, we had noisy roommates in the walls (we think birds) that chirped all night. Not the 800 weekend getaway we expected. Horrible to think I paid for hotel quality, but got deluded. Never again!!!

Staying close to Pedernales Falls

Rustic cute place for 1-2 people in the Hill Country; close to PF state park; Trees!; Quiet.It was too hot to tent-camp, so this was a great place right in between Dripping Springs and the PF State Park. The balcony was lovely to sit in the mornings and evenings.
