Incredible Family Vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a family vacation for 8 adults and 7 kids from the age of 7-14. This property has EVERYTHING we wanted! There is a large kitchen, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities to keep the whole group entertained. We’ve stayed in the area before, but this property is exceptional. We wanted easy access to the lake, a pool large enough for our group, and backyard for games...and this house has it. There is also a large covered area for lounging by the pool that is good for those who want to be outdoors, but out of the sun.The other benefits of this property is the property management group. They are on top of everything from start to finish. Booking and preparation was easy, check in and check out were comfortable and seamless, and any questions for the duration of our stay were answered within minutes. This home and its team are truly amazing. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

We loved the house so much that we wanted to buy it. Amazing property from the room setups, to the open kitchen. The big pool can be seen from inside the kitchen so it allowed me a little more flexibility with my kids while they were swimming, which I loved. We used the grill and the outdoor kitchen area everyday. We put a huge slip n slide down the massive grassy hill which made for an amazing 2 hour activity. The beaches area by the lake offered numerous hours of entertainment for the kids as well. The whole property was even better in person. What made our stay that much better was the concierge, Sean. They were accessible 24 hours, had the best attitude, went above and beyond for us with every request. They surprised our kids with floats for the pool, a tent and games that we were able to take home with us as a gift. The house managers and staff were beyond helpful and so nice. They made our experience so easy and amazing. I don’t think I can rent from anyone else after I saw how great it made our trip. I appreciate everything they did for us and we cannot wait to be back!!!!!

Great Austin Property!

What a great experience! House feels very homey, like you're staying at your favorite rich Aunt's house! Hah! Had a great time. Patrick, the house manager, was very accommodating in assisting with anything we needed during our stay. Hot tub gets very hot, so just keep an eye on that! Can't wait for our next family reunion here next year! :)

The Texas ice storm kinda ruined our vacation even though we had no power our housing assistant was always on call and took care of us very well to make sure we were okay in the unexpected situation we ended up in.

Family gathering

Excellent accommodations and amenities. The material negatives were 1) the large number of rules and penalties fees felt a bit worrisome. 2) the fact that the owner left a car in the garage and thus required the garage to be off limits making it inconvenient to unpack and repack carrying luggage and groceries the long way out the front door to the cars. 3) considering the hefty rental price, felt a bit nickeled and dimed by the fees for heating the pool. 4) No life jackets and paddles for the kayaks when we arrived and did not receive them until afternoon of next day.

Above & Beyond Exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to celebrate my daughter and her best friend’s 30th birthdays, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained. The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible. Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded. This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Beautiful home

Pros: the home is beautiful and has room for all your needs. The pool and sports court were great for the kids. Luke the manager was very responsive and did a great job trying to resolve issues we had during our trip. Cons: there are a lot of rules, additional fees that for me someone who has used VRBO for many years were beyond unnecessary to try and charge when you are paying the price that they charged. Unfortunately during our stay the yard people were cutting for over an hour one morning keeping everyone out of the backyard. Then immediately after the pool people came and did the cleaning but then had to add chemicals causing us a delay in using the pool for one of our days there. The rooms were not cooling at night so we had to get an AC guy out there.

Beautiful Home - Management lacks attention to detail when booki

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Above Austin Elite celebrating several 50th birthdays. The home is beautiful and spacious, and exactly what we wanted. Our only issue was in using Above to book additional services (chef dinner, boat rental, margarita bar). The quotes were inconsistent, erroneous, or not complete so much so that we had to spend a good amount of time resolving confusion. The person who booked our services made multiple errors in quotes to us, and was not organized in how information was shared. While we appreciated the value add in someone else making the bookings, we were left to wonder how much they are overcharging us in doing such work. More transparency needed in supplemental services that are booked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every morning the views from the river the backyard leads to was very picturesque. We spent most of our time back there and I absolutely loved the amount of space there was to spread out. Inside the house, there were enough rooms for all my guests and spaces for us to come together that never felt cramp. The home theater was also a favorite place to be. The house manager stopping by to check-in on us was nice and he was very friendly. He was in and out before you even noticed he was there. The only reason that I could not give this property a perfect 5 star rating is because the car limit was very inconvenient. We were told that we could park at the lot at the hiking trail nearby, but that walk back was about 15-20 minutes. We were back and forth between the house and other locations, so after the first few trips, it got pretty frustrating having to figure out whose car got to stay parked in the driveway and who had to move their car. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
