The pool had black algae and the wheelchair lift didn’t work. The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. The manager wasn’t familiar with ADA service dogs and asked for his “registration.”

Great stay and good value for the money

Our stay was good. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC was phenomenal. I appreciated the fact that they had an in-room microwave and fridge. All toiletries were provided and they actually provided extra. The WiFi wasn’t the greatest, so I just shut it off. The pool was open and looked clean. (I did not use it) Plenty of hot water for showering or bathing. (2 guests) My only complaint was the lady above us sounded like she was dancing in high heels LOL. In all honesty, it didn’t disturb me. Overall, the room was fairly priced and we had a great stay and I do plan on returning to the hotel in the very near future. Ignore all the “Karen” complaints.
