The Space:

The home is designed around its outlook. Light pours through the main level, where the kitchen, dining space, and lounge all face the bay. Large sliders open to a generous deck with shade screens, outdoor seating, and a BBQ, a space that naturally becomes the centre of the day, whether you’re enjoying breakfast with the water in front of you or winding down after a swim.



A full bathroom and laundry sit just behind the living area for easy access.



Upstairs, the master suite feels tucked away and peaceful, with a picture window framing the views, a queen bed, its own full bathroom with a shub bath, and a private balcony overlooking the coastline.



The second bedroom is on the lower level and opens straight out to a sheltered courtyard with an outdoor shower, ideal after the beach and a nice private spot to escape the sun.



The layout works well for couples, two friends, or a small family wanting comfort, views, and closeness to the beach with a simple, flowing indoor–outdoor rhythm.





Bed & Bath Configuration

• Bedroom 1 (upper level): Queen bed, balcony, full bathroom with shub bath

• Bedroom 2 (lower level): Two single beds (can be made into super-king on request), courtyard access + outdoor shower

• Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom

• Laundry: Washer and dryer



Minimum stays

• 7 nights mid-December to mid-January

• 3 nights all holiday weekends

• 2 nights at all other times



Pets considered on request (written approval required).



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, decks, courtyard, outdoor shower, and parking area.



Check-in: 2:00 pm

Check-out: 10:30 am



Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee when availability allows.



The Neighborhood:

Onetangi is one of Waiheke’s most loved beaches, long, wide, and great for swimming, walking, and soaking up the sun. From The Onetangi Lookout it’s a comfortable walk down to the sand, where you’ll also find the local cafés and restaurants including Charlie Farley’s, Three Seven Two, and Ki Māha.



The area is known for its relaxed pace, coastal views, and easy access to vineyards. Casita Miro, Stonyridge, and Tantalus are all close by, and The Heke, Waiheke’s brewery and distillery is a short drive or bus ride away.



This end of the island has a nice balance of quiet spaces and good food and wine options, with everything close enough that you don’t have to plan your days around long drives.



Getting Around:

Onetangi is well connected, and buses run regularly from the beach. From here they stop at major wineries, including The Heke, before continuing into Oneroa village and down to the passenger ferry at Matiatia.



If you’re arriving with a vehicle, the drive from the ferry is around 12 minutes, and the route is simple. Parking is available at the property.

Standard Waiheke rainwater-tank living applies — please conserve water during your stay.



TV has streaming capabilities; please use your own logins.

The Stay Waiheke team is available 7 days a week, 8:30am–5pm, and for urgent issues after hours.
