The living areas are lined with Basalt stone floors, from the designer kitchen and scullery to the unique solid Kauri dining table that seats up to 14 guests. Large sliding doors in the lounge open to create a seamless flow out on to the dining and lounging decks. Steps cascade down to the pool deck, which embraces a 15m heated pool, and a spa with views across the gulf islands and back to the city.
