A spacious rear deck connects the home to the second fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and full bathroom. Perfect if needing extra space for couples or two families.
The main house has been thoughtfully renovated with a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows seamlessly to outdoor spaces. Large windows to capture the stunning sea views, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or wineries.
The separate apartment includes its own queen bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, making it ideal for extra privacy whilst still being part of the group.
Located between Palm Beach and Oneroa, 5-minute drive to either, you are right in the heart of Waiheke. Close to the local bus route. Surrounded by beach and bush walks.
