Stylish Townhouse in Grey Lynn, Stylish two level townhouse

Stylish two level townhouse, centrally located with private garden, media room / work space, modern kitchen, 2 x TV’s, fast internet, laundry and large living area opening onto a patio bordering a lawn. The property is located close to the central city and has a bus stop conveniently located on the street frontage.  Modern well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table and toilet. Upstairs is a media room and three bedrooms  Please be aware I do leave some clothing and personal effects in the walk-in closet. There’s plenty of space for your use. 



The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and generous ensuite while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, drier and wash tub.  There two small locked rooms not referred to in description. Five  minutes walk to Grey Lynn village with bars, cafes and restaurants. Pizza available just across the road ;-)  Street parking is usually not difficult to find.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

An Amazing Space

From the moment you walk into this house you are surrounded by warmth and character. Many rental properties are very sterile and almost cold. This house could not be more of an opposite. It was so easy for me and the kids to just settle in and relax during our stay here.

Great house in perfect location

House was great. Spotless and very smart. It was perfect for us but one thing I would say is maybe no suitable for those with kids. It has many very cool and expensive looking things on the shelves and I’d be worried they might get damaged
