How can you send this to me when we didn’t even get to stay at this place which was booked months earlier. Then on the day of our arrival at 10.24 I receive a message about a system error and double booking. We negotiate another place on short notice and have to alter our travel plans with a taxi for 10 people.I asked for details of the new place in Grafton and as we were travelling just accepted that all was ok. Unfortunately there was an another system error and on arrival I saw another email to say that we were now booked into a place in Epsom. We had transported 10 people to this place at 7pm.Confusion and tiredness was present in all of us especially the 4 children.We subsequently ordered 3 Ubers to go to the Epsom place. They just offered to pay for these.Stayz needs to immediately fix these system errors and compensate patrons adequately for this poor service. The families were upset with this service.
