Comfortable 4 bedrooms family home 5min walk to the beautiful Red Beach. Spacious indoor/outdoor living area with a separate lounge plus rumpus room, with extra beds, for the kids. Outdoor pool and spa. Playing field and playground between the house and the beach. Orewa cafes and restaurants a 7min drive away plus the Orewa estuary 7km loop easily accessible for a gorgeous walk run or bike ride. We have Netflix Lightbox and Wifi. Property is suitable for two families.
