64sqm 1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, Shed 20 Princes Wharf. Very large living area opening onto east facing deck which captures all the morning sun. Looking over the Harbour out towards The Cloud to the North Shore & Rangitoto. Queen bed in bedroom. Fresh linen & towels are included & the apartment is serviced weekly. TV & WiFi included.
This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 20 is on the eastern side with views across to Queens Wharf, the ferry terminal and out to the harbour, the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf outside your apartment for the day - check the Ports of Auckland website for the cruise timetable. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex. Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment. The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
