Disappointing Stay
Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged and looked unclean. This was especially disappointing since the listing stated the pool would be available.The WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite reaching out for help, we received no communication from the host. We also found rubbish inside several bedroom drawers, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the property.Overall, while the house had good space and comfy beds, the poor maintenance of amenities, lack of communication, and cleanliness issues affected our stay.
