A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Laundry, back decking, and rear garden are unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a dryer, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
