The space
This house is spacious and has a lovely relaxed feel. A perfect spot to chill out, relax and enjoy everything Whangaparaoa has to offer.

There is off-street parking for up to three cars and a trailer boat.

The house has flat access to the upper level of the home so you will walk into the lovely open plan lounge/kitchen / dining space. (Table for 6.) There is a gas fire, big screen TV, comfy lounge suites. Folding doors open out onto a sunny balcony that overlooks the golf course lake.
On this level you will also find the large Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and twin basins

There is also a full laundry with an additional toilet on this level.

The lower level is accessed by a wide carpeted staircase.
Down here you will find two more bedrooms, family bathroom, seperate toilet, and a second living area or office space. There is another deck on the lower level with BBQ and a lush, fully-fenced lawn space.

Bedrooms downstairs feature a queen and a double bed.
One of the bedrooms opens out onto the lower deck and then onto the lawn.
The second living space / office has a couch, boardgames and books and an office desk with fast cable wifi and printer. This space also opens out onto the lower deck and lawn area.

The family bathroom has a shower over a bath and large vanity. Seperate toilet beside

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all of the house and gardens. (You are welcome to help yourself to lettuce and whatever other produce might be ready for harvesting during your stay.

Some storage spaces are sealed/locked off but there's lots of room for your stuff!
Other things to note
This Gulf Harbour property is the perfect home away from home. Our sunny, north facing house is modern and well furnished with views out over what was the Gulf Harbour Country Club golf. NB. The Country Club is closed down. There is still access for walking on parts of it. The closest golf course is Whangaparaoa Golf Club...about 5 mins drive, 10 if you use the bus.

Take your pick of the peninsula's 14 beautiful beaches, or you have the stunning Shakespear Regional Nature Park just minutes up the road.
Stroll around the beautiful Marina, bring your boat to launch at the boat ramp or catch the Ferry into Auckland City Ferry Port. (City ferry to Rangitoto Dormant Volcanic Island and to the fabulous vineyards on Waiheke Island. Visit the beautiful Tiri tiri Matangi Island Reserve directly from the local ferry.
