There is also an enclosed courtyard at the back, and an extensive garden with fruit trees, as well as a seating area up the hill to sit & enjoy the views.
With a large open plan living, dining & kitchen area, all opening onto decks on each side, and looking out to the bay, this is the perfect spot for enjoying after a day at the beach.
There are three generous double bedrooms, a bunk room and two bathrooms, meaning it is perfectly set up for families, or for couples enjoying a break.
The property is located very centrally, just a short drive from Oneroa & both ferries. If you can drag yourself away from this idyllic spot, there are multiple beaches within a 10 minute drive, as well as wineries & shops.
