A cosy house with a super deck and a big garden, suitable for families with kids. The sunroom was specially set up for kids with toys, paitings and other stuff kids like. Located in the center of Auckland, close to St Lukes Mall, Eden Park, Wester Spring and famous Sandringham Indian shops. Just 15 minute driving to Auckland CBD and Auckland Airport.
