This single-level home has open plan living, kitchen, and dining area with a separate bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. The bedroom features two full-sized wardrobes with ample storage space, ensuring you have plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home. The well-equipped kitchen contains an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Full laundry facilities are available in the adjacent garage.The heat pump will keep guests warm and cosy in winter, and cool and comfortable in summer. The apartment also comes with private off-street car parking accommodating two cars.

Orakei is an affluent coastal suburb 10 minutes from Auckland CBD. Almost self-contained on a peninsula 5 km east of the city, the area is tucked between the shores of Hobson Bay, the Waitemata Harbour and neighbouring Mission Bay. Okahu Beach is within walking distance from the property, and the Orakei Basin is also nearby for great board walks. Orakei has shops, restaurants, cafes and cinema, as well as a train link into the CBD. The CBD is a 10 minute drive, and there are also plenty of public transport options including buses and options from Orakei Train Station.
