The hallways smelled like old smoke and mold. Housekeeping finally showed up at 6PM and we told them don't bother. The breakfast was pitiful. Juices were not cold, waffle maker was broken and taped together. That's all I saw before leaving to purchase breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent location. Near lots of good eats, walmart, etc. Near Auburn University. Really nice experience for price. If you want, nice, tasteful, clean, etc., you'll like this. It's not upscale, but nowhere close to being a dump. It's I-want-a-nice-comfortable-place- I-can-feel-good-in-night-after-night-at-a-reasonable-price.

Over prices for its condition. Needs maintenance.

2nd time staying here and just like the first time we had an excellent experience.

The hotel was decent, however it smelled horrible once you left the lobby. The heater in the room made a really loud clattering noise when you turned it on, and the whole place was very damp and moist. The hotel staff was really excellent though. If they were to spruce the place up it would be a great hotel.

We enjoyed our visit at the sleep Inn. We were only there one night but ended up checking in late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely will be back.

This was our home base while our daughter made a tour of Auburn University. It was convenient and the price was reasonable.

The receptionist at the front desk were wonderful people. They were very helpful and professional. I plan to stay at this location on my next visit.

The location was great. Leaving going to town was easy but returning was nightmare, unless there was road our GPS could not find. The room was fine with the exception of the loud central heating/air unit. Turning the unit on low did not reduce the noise. The food was okay-- no eggs (protein) was available but sausage. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The room was clean but smelled like smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking.

This hotel offered a very nice place to stay for a great price. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

Hotel was good. Would stay again. Went to parent and student camp war eagle at auburn university.

Stayed one night while traveling for work. Great stay. Huge, comfy room. I was surprised at the real estate I got for the price. Very clean and a great staff. Thank you!

We traveled to Auburn for my son's swim meet, and we needed to stay for 3 nights. I needed a hotel with a reasonable price. After reading reviews for The Sleep Inn, I decided to give it a try. We were pleased. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The microwave and refrigerator in the room was a plus. I also used the fitness room. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I guess no bed is like home. We did request a non-smoking floor, and we did not smell any cigarette smoke at all. We would stay here again.

Room clean and roomy. . Bedspreads needed updating. They seemed old but I loved the square little people.

I brought my daughter to Auburn University and was looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay. This hotel is perfect. Near University campus. Right off the major street so it is quiet and still close to everything.

Room was clean and somewhat updated, staff was friendly. I've stayed in better hotels off the interstate but stayed in much worse. For the price, seemed like a fair deal. For a few bucks more, there were some better hotels within a block or two. As for if I'd recommend to a friend - depends on the friend. :)

Daughter had to change rooms because of bugs. There were baseball players wandering the halls all through the night and making noise. The breakfast was inadequate. We do not ever plan to stay there again when we go to Auburn.

We were scouting apartments for my son and ended up choosing one off campus and close to the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel the night before my orientation at Auburn and I was pleased overall. The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and neat. The water pressure in the shower was good. Overall it was a good night stay. Not a 5 star hotel, but more than worth the price.
