Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.
Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.
Unit 205 offers a view of the park and a private balcony.
BEDROOM SET UP:
There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.
This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!
The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.
There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.
You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.
