Small but charming, very convenient, safe, private, and clean. Just book and stay with easy check in process. Newly renovated 1 queen bed, 1 sitting room,1 full bath with a double shower. Pets welcome. Great location! Restored 1890 Victorian. 2 rooms with fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Bedroom offers a queen bed with a futon to provide an extra sleeping area. Sitting room doubles as a kitchenette. Weekly linen service. WIFI. Safe neighborhood, secure building. Walking distance to Gipper's Sports Grill (best burgers in town), KFC, Pat's Pizza, and Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. Close to Bates College, Balloon Fest, L/A River Walk, Baxter Brewfest, Lost Valley Ski Resort, Fox Ridge Golf Club, L/A Museum, St. Peter and Paul Basilica, and great variety of restaurants. Easy commute to Portland, Augusta, LL Bean, and lakes and ocean beaches. Also 2 major hospitals and several nursing homes for the travel nurses and other professionals.

What a great experience at an affordable price. Cute, clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to friends and family. Suggestions: slip-proof mat in shower, better quality TP and a guest book to sign.
