Aubure 830m above sea level, the highest village in Alsace, in an authentic and green. La Sapinière formerly sanatorium in 1891, hotel in 1920 or even a summer camp after the war, today residence year-round but also seasonal, she always knew how to welcome.
You are offered on the ground floor a holiday apartment of 100m2 fully renovated and equipped: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room of 40m2 with a wood stove for winter evenings , a kitchen and a bathroom where we love to linger.
A pleasant terrace adjoining the apartment is at your disposal for your breakfast or other meals, barbecue, enough to spend a pleasant stay in peace.
Linen is provided for stays longer than 3 nights.

Beautiful apartment and lovely surroundings

We traveled as a family with two kids and a friend and had the most wonderful stay in Aubure. Magali and Marcel are exceptional hosts- so welcoming, friendly and great with kids. We enjoyed the conversations in many languages. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has so many interesting antiques to discover. The kids were happy with a trunk full of games and a nice selection of books. The terrace is great for having breakfast and dinner. There is a garden with a hammock, chickens, and a very friendly dog. We loved driving up the mountain to Aubure after a long day of exploring Ribauvillé, Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg und Colmar. It is a great place to rest and enjoy nature. We would love to visit again and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience Famille Rossé!

Liebevoll gestaltete und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles Erforderliche vorhanden und in sehr gutem und sauberem Zustand.Terrasse mit Zugang zu naturnahem Garten. Der Hund der Familie ist sehr gut erzogen und kinderlieb. Nähe zur Natur mit sehr schönen Wanderwegen. Hübsche Orte (Kayserberg, Ribeauville) mit dem Auto innerhalb ca.15 min erreichbar. Insgesamt für uns ausgezeichnet geeignet für ein abwechslungsreiches, erholsames langes Familienwochenende.

Zum Angewöhnen

Kunstvoll eingerichtete, helle und großzügige Wohnung in einem rustikalen Altbau. Es gibt einen riesigen Garten mit Platz zum Sitzen und Spielen, eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch, Grill und Liegestühlen, einen sehr freundlichen und unaufdringlichen Hund und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man als Familie braucht. Von den historischen Möbeln über die kreativen Lampen und Dekorationen bis zu den Kunstwerken des Gastgebers an den Wänden ist alles Geschmack- und Liebevoll eingerichtet. Der kleine Ort Aubure liegt recht einsam auf dem Berg, umgegeben von wunderschönen, wild-romantischen Wäldern. Es gibt traumhafte Strecken zum Laufen oder Wandern. Für die dringendsten Einkäufe gibt es einen Laden im Ort, in 15-20 Minuten sind die umliegenden Orte mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das ist definitiv eine Adresse zum merken. Vielen Dank am die Gastgeber!

Au coeur de l'Alsace

Vous recherchez un lieu apaisant et ressourçant dans un village d'Alsace où règne un micro-climat des plus agréables ? Arrêtez-vous à la Sapinière chez Marcel et Magali Rossé et leur fils. Vous y serez accueillis comme chez vous, par une famille d'une grande gentillesse. Le logement est décoré avec goût, il est spacieux et tout confort, doté d'une grande terrasse et d'un jardin partagé. Entouré par la forêt, le village d'Aubure sera le point de départ de vos balades et autres randonnées, à moins que vous ne préférez profiter de la petite ville de Ribeauvillé, toute proche. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir et profiter plus longtemps de cette magnifique région.

Die Wohnung ist fast identisch wie auf den Fotos. Bloss dass es keinen Fernseher hat. Trotz Hitze schwebt ein modriger Geruch in der Luft. Oft wie in sehr alten Museums- Herrschaftshäusern. Nach dem 3. Tag hat man sich dran gewöhnt. Der Gasofen inkl. dreckigem Backblech ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Aufbackbrötchen reicht er. Der Kühlschrank dürfte grösser sein, wenn man als Familie anreist. Die Matratzen sind entweder zu hart, oder durchgelegen. Der Sohn spielt täglich Schlagzeug, meisst 1 Stunde. (17.00/18.00) An die Parzelle grenzt eine Art Werkhof, auf der betoniert und geebnet wurde. Deshalb waren wir immer bis 16.30 Uhr unterwegs, wegen des Lärms. Highlight war die Veranda und der Garten mit dem grossen Gewächshaus. Ein Vorhang der bei Wind aufflog, liess mich erstaunen, was dort drin angebaut wird!!!. Ich lasse des Lesers Gedanken dabei freien Lauf. Der belgische Schäferhund mix ist ein ganz Lieber und gut erzogen. Da nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden war, fragte ich per mail höflich nach einer weiteren. Antwort war, dass dieses nicht bei der Wohnung inklusive ist. Nicht gerade gastfreundlich! Man kann es auch geizig nennen. Fazit: mal was anderes, doch einem Freund würde ich die Wohnung/Vermieterin nicht empfehlen

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort

Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen bei Magali und Marcel in Aubure sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, sie ist vor allem sehr individuell und urig. Am schönsten waren die Abende auf der Veranda mit Blick auf die großen Lärchen und Kiefern - und in den wild-romantischen Garten. Ab und zu hatten wir Früchte aus dem Garten vor der Türe stehen. Auch ansonsten waren die beiden sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Gastgeber, unterstützt von Caramel, ihrem Hund, der immer wieder mal vorbeischaute, aber so vorbildlich erzogen war, dass er sich auf ein einfaches "non" hin verzog. Ideal war auch, dass direkt am Haus drei Wanderwege vorbeiführen, die gut beschildert aber nur wenig frequentiert sind. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, ansonsten fährt man ca. 15 Minuten nach Ribeauvillé in den Supermarkt Leclerc. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Charmante Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Gîte la Sapinière sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber, Familie Rossé, haben sich jegliche erdenkliche Mühe gegeben, um uns willkommen zu heißen und waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie mit drei relativ kleinen Kindern und für unsere Bedürfnisse hatte die Wohnung genau die richtige Größe. Sie ist außergewöhnlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und enthält alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man im Urlaub braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige, sonnige Terasse, die an den wunderschönen Garten angrenzt. Die Hühner sowie den äußerst gut erzogenen Hund der Gastgeber haben unsere Kinder besonders geliebt. Aubure liegt etwas abseits im Wald, dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. Die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur war für uns allerdings perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Schockierende Unfreundlichkeit bei eiskalter Wohnung

Wir sind noch immer fassungslos, was unseren vorzeitig abgebrochenen Osterurlaub in Aubure bei Fam. Rossé betrifft: Eine 100m² Wohnung mit nur einem Holzofen zu heizen, bringt die Wohnung auf höchstens 15°C. Auf unsere Bitte hin, nach einer eiskalten Nacht, (doch) die Zentralheizung anzuschalten, bekamen wir als Antwort, dass 15°C ja nicht kalt seien, dass die Heizung ab März aus ist und das auch so im Inserat stehen würde (was nicht stimmt). Nachts (0°C Außentemperatur) müsse man laut Monsieur R. selbstverständlich auch Holz nachlegen, damit der Ofen nicht ausgeht...(Wer fährt in den Urlaub um Nachts aufzustehen und den Ofen zu befeuern???) Ohne eine irgendwie geartete Form der Entschuldigung, des Bedauerns oder dem Versuch eine Lösung zu finden (mehr Decken, Wärmflasche o.ä.) wurden wir scheinbar eher verhöhnt für unseren Wunsch. Unsere Aussage, dass es uns so, insbesondere mit unserem Kleinkind, zu kalt sei und wir ohne Alternative dann abreisen müssten, interessierte die Gastgeberin wenig und wir bekamen als Antwort, dass dies dann bitte schnell passieren soll, da man nicht den ganzen Tag auf uns warten wolle... Aktuell sind wir im Klärungsprozess mit der Agentur und hoffen auf Rückerstattung der 3 weiteren bezahlten Nächte. Fazit: Eine derartig unsoziale, unfreundliche Form der Beherbergung haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die anderen positiven Bewertungen erscheinen vor unserer Erfahrung absurd. PS.: Wer neben dieser Art der körperlichen Erfahrung noch Lust hat auf Bandprobe, voll verstärkt mit Schlagzeug und Bass, Freitagabend/Nacht und sich um 22:30 Uhr noch auslachen lassen will, bei der Bitte um Ruhe, ist auch dafür dort genau richtig! Wir sind noch immer völlig schockiert über ein derartiges Verhalten und erwarten mindestens unser Geld für die 3 nicht dort verbrachten Nächte zurück.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Aubure sehr genossen, die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und die Wohnung selbst mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, Geschmack und Herz eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Ein Highlight ist der Garten und die Terrasse - grün, gemütlich, ruhig. Allen, die eine schöne Ferienzeit ohne Trubel erleben möchten, sei diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfohlen.

Es war ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern.

Eine sehr besondere Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Terrasse und einem unfassbar tollen Hund mit Namen Caramel, der sich höflich verhalten hat und unsere Herzen im Sturm erobert hat. Geräumige Wohnung mit Charme in ruhiger Umgebung mit toller Natur

Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit viel liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung. Besonders punktet die Wohnung durch die große südostexponierte Terrasse und den Gartenzugang. Im Garten kann Federball gespielt werden, es gibt einen Apfelbaum und einen Hühnerstall sowie einen sehr gut erzogenen Hund. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer ist nachmittags lichtdurchflutet und durch einen Holzofen beheizbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber die auf Nachfrage viele tolle Tipps für das Entdecken der Umgebung haben.

Très bel appartement spacieux

L'appartement a été l'un des plus beaux que nous ayons eu en vacances jusqu'à présent et nous en avons visité beaucoup à notre âge. Cet appartement fait définitivement partie de notre TOP 3. Rien que la magnifique terrasse mérite la meilleure note. Mais aussi l'aménagement, la salle de bain et la taille de l'appartement étaient tout simplement magnifiques. Et pour finir, il faut encore mentionner Caramel le chien. Caramel est un chien super gentil. Il va nous manquer.
