Comfortable, roomy, and immaculate

I stayed at this property with one other friend when we attended my niece's baby shower. My niece was literally around the corner in the community. The house was very, very comfortable and clean. I stayed here because there are no close hotels. I am glad I had this option as it was so much better than a hotel. Thank you for the use of your property!

Great Property

Great stay, Property was the clean. Kitchen was adequate. Just needed a bathmat in the mater bathroom, as it was a little slick getting out of shower without a mat and no extra towels on the property and extra sheets/blankets in the closet for the air mattresses would have been nice. A pot holder and an extra dishtowel would have been nice to include. Did let owner know about this and she was responsive. Great host, clean property and great house. It was nice to have a living room to for our families to sit and visit.

Great location and clean

We had a great time at the Aubrey rental! There was a small issue checking in with the keypad not working but the host answered right away and personally came to the rental to fix the issue. He was very apologetic and kind. There wasn't a problem after that. The house is very clean and the beds were really comfortable! It's located in a very convenient location and a quite community. My only criticism was the yard was very overgrown front and back however it was spring and rainy. I was visiting family that lives near and would definitely rebook for our next visit! Thank you so much!

Not as advertised /disappointing

- No hot pads/oven mitts [Had to purchase]- No cloth towels in kitchen or bathrooms [had to purchase]- Limited pots/pans [advertised as a well appointed - was NOT]- No baking pans (9x13,8x8,etc)- Limited mixing bowls [2 plastic things - ick]- No serving bowls- No storage containers for leftovers- No "chef" knives- No "steak" knives- Limited teaspoons [Had to purchase] - Did not have silverware for ONE full 4 person meal - sad.- No measuring cups/spoons - HAD TO PURCHASE- No instructions - FOR ANYTHING - lights/garage/ for TV (not everyone streams or knowshow to use a Roku TV)- No remote for garage door. Having to walk around the block and always go in the front door makes using the driveway and garage very inconvenient - particularly in cold or bad weather, or at night / Family could never come and go together - ALSO - LIMITED parking in front of home - due to neighbors use of area.- Foosball table has no nets in goals, and legs are coming apart - "GAME" home - had two games - in the WHOLE place - :( - grass in back yard hadn't been cut, and yard hadn't been cleaned (dog droppings, cigar butts and wrappers, other garbage)- recycling bin has no wheels Little or no communication and what little was - was rude on part of owner [For trash and recycle use]No ice in freezer - HAD TO PURCHASE Trays...Items left in showers and in freezer upon arrival Used and old items in kitchen as for spice- No way to clear snow/ice from driveway and sidewalks...very unsafe
